Ingredients: IP-6 (from Calcium Magnesium Phytate), Inositol, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Vegetable Juice for Color (Carrots), Natural Mango Passion Fruit Flavor, Stevia Extract, and Monk Fruit.

Each scoop contains 3.2 gm IP-6 and 880 mg Inositol

Suggested Use:  Mix one scoop of powder in 8 oz of water twice a day on an empty stomach.  You may adjust the water amount to your preference. It is not recommended mixing in a protein smoothie or a drink with high fiber.
